‘ Responsible for all coaching responsibilities including coaching, recruiting, match and
training scheduling, planning and managementThis includes development of appropriate
annual training programmes, covering pre-season as well as competitive season programmes.
‘ Responsible for the production of a strategic plan to drive Women’s Rugby forward inn
conjunction with other University sport staff, student committees, local clubs and provincial
coaches.
‘ Player & Coach Education Presentations, Promotional Videos & Playing Documents.

Created and developed an Academy System for the players, known as a Focus Group.
The aim of this program was:
‘ To provide players with structured supewised S&C sessions.
‘ To provide players with structured skills sessions outside of pitch training times, to focus
specifically on developing ball handling skills, decision making skills and individual skills such
as throwing. kicking and passing.
. All sessions were created and taken by me three mornings a week In-Season.

This team was highly successful, becoming Intervarsity and League Champions for
6 of the 7 seasons I was involved. During my coaching period, 12 players went on to become
capped Ireland International players within both the 75 and 1 55 program.

USA Coaching Clinics: Stanf rd University & Vassar University (Spring 20 1 9)
Ran multiple two week programmes consisting of both training and coaching clinics, targeting
the development of both player and coach understanding from a tactical and technical
perspective.The aim of these clinics was to introduce and develop the Principles of Play and
General Movement through practical examples and involvement from both players and coaches.

Munster Rugby – Talent Identification Program 20 1 9 – Present
Ambassador for MunsterTIPAcaderviy for developing U 1 8 players who have been identified
with potential to progress to an Elite level. My role is to work with these players in the context
of Game Understanding, Defensive structure. Individual skill and technique development.
with an additional focus on Hookers and Props.

– Member of the Irish team who beat reigning Champions, New Zealand, in the Pool Stages
of the 20 14 WRWC, creating a small piece of Irish History by becoming first Irish side
to ever beat a New Zealand team and reach aWiorld Cup Semi-final.
– Wie finished 4th in the 20 14W’RW’C. after a hard fought 3/4 playoff vs France.

After playing against the Barbarians in their Inaugur’al fixture against Munster
in December 201 7, I was then invited to become a Barbarian for their second fixture against
the British Army in February 20 1 8.
In April 201 9, I was invited to play in the first Barbarian International fixture v USA in
Denver. Colorado.
