Marit Lemmens

Rugby player
I love playing sports, not surprisingly I have played many. I started with football
and then moved to tennis. At the age of 17 I was awarded a Tennis Scholarship
in the United States for two years and played tennis while studying. When I
returned, I started playing rugby and totally fell in love with the sport. After a
couple months I made myself a valued member of the first team of my club and
currently I also play for the Dutch national team. My dream is to play rugby
abroad and have an opportunity to play at a higher level and grow further. I am
used to a high training load, training at least 6 days a week consisting of gym,
field, and conditioning.
