    Bio:

Organization is key to any organization, I feel that I bring this in abundance due to my previous professional career. Man management is absolutely critical and my ability to gain common ground with people, and gain an understanding of what I need to do in order to get the best out of them. A lot of my coaching comes via games and giving players as close to an “authentic training environment” as possible stands them in good stead being

able to perform skills under pressure.
